2. Structural BoundariesFixed market boundaries sit at ± 10%. If breached, safety circuits freeze portfolio values into stable assets.

3. Fiat SettlementLegacy banking deposits are subject to a 3-5 business day clearing window before deployment.

4. Lock-Up & PenaltiesCapital is subject to a 30-day lock-up. Closing before 30 days incurs a 5% early processing fee strictly on the principal. Compounding profits are separate and do not alter your principal lock-up date.

5. Fee StructureA strict 20% Performance Fee is deducted exclusively from gross trading fees at manual rebalance events.
